Very Early Bird Registration (before November 15, 2012) is $200.
Early Bird Registration (before December 1, 2012) is $225
To assist those who are just getting the word about the conference, the early bird conference fee will be held until January 31, 2013.
Preferred Deadline for Full IC/FETC Conference Registration: January 3, 2013
All cancellations and requests for REFUNDS will be subject to a $50 administrative fee and $5/person fee and must be postmarked/dated by January 3, 2012. No refunds will be given after that date.

Once the form is complete, please mail it in with your payment. Full instructions including mail-in address and payment amount can be found on the form.
IC CONFERENCE REGISTRATION (Monday evening and/or Tuesday)

1-2 Persons – $60/person
3-5 Persons* – $50/person
6-24 Persons* – $40/person
25+ Persons* – $30/person
* Groups of 3 or more from same Parish/Institution: Registration needs to be coordinated by ONE person, and received at the same time. Deadline for Group Registrations: January 10, 2013. For questions about Group Registration – call 727-744-4684.
Deadline for individual IC Conference Registration: January 15, 2013. A late fee of $10.00 per person or $25 per group will be applied after the IC Conference deadline.
To provide opportunities to continue the conversations and networking with one another the following meals can be included in your registration fees:
Tuesday – Box Lunch: $20.00
Tuesday Evening – Dinner: $35.00
Wednesday Evening – Dinner: $35.00
